The homeowner came to us with a clear vision: transform their underutilized basement into a clean, finished, and functional space centered around a beautiful new laundry area.

What started as exposed block walls, open ductwork, and rough flooring is now a seamless extension of their home—with modern finishes, smart storage, and a fresh, welcoming feel.

We started from scratch and framed around all existing ductwork, building a uniform bulkhead system that gives the entire ceiling a structured, intentional look. Our team handled the entire drywall and finish process in-house, ensuring smooth walls and crisp transitions throughout.

The Final Product Includes:

Full drywall and paint: Walls finished in Alabaster and North Star (accent wall), paired with flat and semi-gloss whites for contrast and clean lines.

Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring throughout the basement for durability and style.

A custom laundry area featuring wall-to-wall cabinetry, floating wood shelves, and butcher block countertops—designed for both functionality and aesthetics.
